Dataflow taking longer time

Hi Everyone,
 
I am using a Dataflow which is getting data from Navision using Gateway and what is happening that dataflow is taking 6 Hrs of time in some case and some just 6 min only .
Is there any way to optimise this as it is disturbing the data sync in my dataverse table.

Note:- sometimes 4 rows are created and it take more than 1hr and sometimes even for 2000rows it will take few minutes only.

    Even a few rows can take a long time if the source system (Navision) is slow, the Gateway is busy, or your Dataflow has heavy transformations.

    To fix this:

    Use Incremental Refresh so only new or changed records are loaded.

    Push filters and simple transformations to Navision instead of doing them in Power Query.

    Check Gateway performance — make sure it has enough resources.

    Simplify Power Query steps to avoid unnecessary processing.

    Do you have an old On Premise Navision instance, and you are trying to connect to it with a generic SQL Server connector?
    Or are you trying to get data from Dynamics Nav such as in the case of Business Central data?
