Spanish lexicon terms issue

Hello,

I have been developing a Spanish-language agent in Copilot Studio that functions as a virtual tutor, addressing user inquiries based on a single knowledge source—our SharePoint site.

The agent performs well for most queries. However, it struggles with specific Spanish lexicon terms, such as "cecograma." Despite this term being present in our SharePoint content, the agent fails to provide a response. It appears to begin formulating an answer but then abruptly stops, ultimately indicating that it couldn't find a solution.

Could this issue be related to Microsoft's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies or other restrictions?

I would appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you in advance.
