Triggers issue - Workflow triggering multiple times

I configured a workflow for one of the channels under our project. The flow has been active for the past six months and was working perfectly until yesterday. However, starting this morning, auto-messages began popping up continuously without any manual trigger. 

Can anyone help to know why this might be happening?

    There is not enough information here I do not even see or know what trigger when you say workflow, workflows and flows are different. Is it a real flow, or a workflow?
     
    Please share pictures of everything so we can see.
     
    Especially the history and the flows triggered in the history so we can try to figure it out.

    The issue I am referring to is related to Workflow automation [MS Apps] for our MS team channels. It's a simple flow which reply with a defined message to new Post on channel.
     
    The workflow was active from last one year but suddenly it started giving issue, the automated message is triggering multiple times, the only solution to stop them was to Turn OFF the flow.
     

    Can you/anyone help to know why this might be happening?

    Ugg it stinks your attachments didn't come in, it happens so often, can you please paste them in and make them big enough for my old eyes pleas :-)
