Get item by custom column in a Document library

Hello,

I have two lists with their respective document library in a SharePoint.

List A - Document Library A

List B - Document Library B

The document libraries have a custom column called ParentID where is references the ID column in the list.

In my power app, I create a record in List A from using data in List B. But I need to move the files in Document Library B to A.

I set up a Power Automate.

I have tried Move File, Get Item, all SharePoint connectors, but cannot find a connector where I can retrieve the record by "ParentID".

Any ideas on how to move the file, by looking up the ParentID?

Get item by custom column in a Document library

Hi @MH-05031105-0,

Please try Get files (properties only) to get your custom field. Get files (properties only) works on a document library and lets you filter by custom metadata.
