Flow stopped working back in April 2024

I have a flow that was working for a couple of months after I created it and then it stopped working in April. I've been trying to make changes to it to find where the issue is but I haven't been able to correct it. I don't know if something changed in the environment or in Power Automate but I've pasted the two steps below. The condition never is in the True state even though the Status field is set to Submitted in the SharePoint list.

    I would start by double checking the outputs of the Get Items action. Can you share a screenshot of that outputs?

    That would be useful for troubleshooting your issue.

    I'm not comfortable sharing too much of the output but here is an example of the status field in the output. What I was surprised to learn is that there are no records in the output that have the status of "Submitted" yet there are numerous records on the List page as below. Is there a limit to how many records the Output will download? I see about 8300 in my output.

     "Status": {
                        "@odata.type": "#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedReference",
                        "Id": 1,
                        "Value": "Reviewed"
