Hello,

I’m currently signed into my desktop Power BI using my PowerUp credentials. However, whenever I try to connect to Dataverse to import data, I’m prompted to sign in again. When I re-enter my PowerUp credentials, I receive the sign-in error shown below.

Because of this issue, I haven’t been able to follow along with the Power BI exercises and have only been able to watch the videos. I’m concerned that I won’t be able to complete the final project if this isn’t resolved.

Could you please advise on how to fix this?

Hi @RD-15091300-0

The error message references the Metlife tenant - I imagine you may have authenticated previously in PowerBI using a different work account.

What I'd suggest is that you clear the cached permissions by going to File > Options and settings > Data source settings

From here, find any entries related to *.crm.dynamics.com or Dataverse and click "Clear Permissions"

Next, go to File > Sign Out to completely sign out.

If you then close PowerBI and sign in again with your Microsoft PowerUp account, does the correct Dataverse data show up?
