Zendesk Knowledgebase - not searching articles

I have Zendesk Articles added as knowledge and unlike when I use documents or a website, it doesn't find anything for results.
When I check the preview, the data is there for the articles, but the search it preforms never finds it and the bot returns nothing.

    I assume that it's because enterprise connectors (Zendesk, for example) is a preview feature, so probably it just doesn't work. Keep that in mind when using generative orchestration also.

    did you ever get past this?
     
    For the longest time the ZenDesk connectors for Power Apps/Automate have been pretty broken (as soon as you try to filter, you get no results) and I'd imagine it's probably the same connector being used by CoPilot Studio.
     
    You may have better luck using ZenDesk's Search API (Search | Zendesk Developer Docs) but that requires more wiring up, particularly around authentication.
