Where is the PDF Viewer?

I am working on a page in power platform and I have a file column. My hope was to be able to take the data stored in my file column and embed it using the PDF viewer. However, that component is no longer available as a selectable component for me in designer. I had enabled the PDF function in Settings, which was the only setting with PDF in it's name/description, hoping that might help, but it didn't do anything. Anyone got any tips for me here? Should I be using something different now or a better convention?

Thanks in advance.

@Pstork1, I guess I should have tried this before even making the post here, but it does look like it's a specific limitation of using Pages versus Canvas Apps. My entire solution is actually a model-driven app with pages being used primarily. I just made a canvas app and made sure that modern controls were turned on, just in case. Regardless, PDF Viewer indeed shows up in the Media section. So apparently, you can't use the PDF viewer in the context of the model-driven app, which I assume is due to the authentication limitation you mentioned. I'm thinking that I'd like to still figure this out though, so now I'm wondering if there's an existing PCF component I could load within my Page or if I could try and build my own.

I'm not sure why it doesn't show up for you then.  It should be in the Media category.  There is no specific setting that shows it or hides it.  The only thing I can come up with is that your admins have somehow disabled the use of Experimental controls in your Power Apps, but I'm not sure how that would be accomplished.  I'm not aware of any setting in the Admin center that disables experimental controls.

@Pstork1, yes, I see the modern controls fine. I figured the PDF function was irrelevant - was just trying anything lol.

Do you see other modern controls?  It could be that Modern controls isn't enabled in your app.  The PDF function in Settings is a function used to Create PDFs from screen content and doesn't have anything to do with the PDF Viewer.

@Pstork1, below is what I see when I search pdf...

Could this be because I am using pages? To the point you made about it being anonymous, are there any conventional components I should look to using instead?

If you search for the PDF viewer its still available as a control.  But its still limited to anonymous access content.  So if your column is in SharePoint or something like that it won't work.
