Error connecting Docusign platform to D365 CRM

Hello, Community

I'm trying to connect my DocuSign account to the D365 CRM dev environment and I'm encountering an error message without much information. What can I do?

An unknown error has occurred. Please open a case by visiting https://support.docusign.com.
"'Please provide this correlation ID to DocuSign support: b1f8df86-59f8-46a9-b363-5282a9cc080e'"
