Did you change the language in your model driven app from English to Spanish, possibly via the Settings > Languages menu in the Profile icon?
If so, can you change it back to English and attempt to open the Loans Manager app again?
The red banner suggests that the Spanish error messages have not being added to the environment. By changing back to English, hopefully you can see the full error message instead of a blank message. If you can post the error message here, we can hopefully better assist.
I forgot to add: that one that is empty in the photo, once said something of Microsoft 365...
