Thank you very much for your answers, which I greatly appreciate.
Unfortunately, I am unable to log into this thread at the moment.
The hourglass spins forever and my account has been locked. With this account, the hourglass also spins forever. That's why I created a new thread.

So here goes again.
Your first suggestion:
Yes, these steps are very familiar to me, of course. How and where can I see if an update is possible?

Your second suggestion:
As far as I know, a developer environment cannot be converted.
I tried to convert a production environment into a sandbox environment.
Unfortunately, I cannot add a Dataverse due to capacity restrictions.

Dataverse versions:
Name Type Dataverse-Version Managed Remarks
Microsoft 365 Production 9.2.25095.150 No MS
Produktion_XXXXXX Production 9.2.25095.150 Yes
Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat Production 9.2.25095.150 No
XXXX-Team Microsoft Teams --- No
default Standard 9.2.25095.150 Yes MS

New environments
Test Flow Builder:  Developer 9.2.25095.150 No

Test Flow Builder2:  Production Not possible due to capacity restrictions
Test Flow Builder2 migriert: Sandbox Not possible due to capacity restrictions

Amazing. Until this morning, only one environment had version 9.2.25095.150. After that, all of them had this version. Magical.

Flow Builder still doesn't work.

I did not suggest to convert one, what I said was, select to create a new one, by default it suggests sandbox, I said to change it to developer ijn the drop down, not create one and convert it, because thats not possible.

As for those errors now its a couple of possibilities

    1) you do not have a Pay as you go set up to pay for AI (which are not Copilot Credits)
    2) you do not have a trial that covers AI Builder
    3) you do not have physical space in the Dataverse/Log/Files sections which you would need to look at as it says its a capacity issue which looks more to be the issue in that picture.

You have to go to the admin, look at each environment, which you can click on Dataverse, then it will give you a list of all the environments and their capacity usage, then you can select one of the ones above, and see what each one has allocated too it.

It is very possible you simply to do not have the storage for more environments. I would have to see your admin center picture of all capacity across your environments to validate. By default they will be setup to use capacity automatically BUT if you are already over or close then it won't work.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

    Hello

Thank you very much for your answers, which I greatly appreciate.

First of all: I am the administrator and the only user in my client. That's why my questions may seem a little silly.

    Regarding your findings:
    1. Yes, I have not set up Pay as you go.
    2. Yes, I do not have an AI Builder license.
    3. There appears to be no Dataverse capacity for the relevant environment (default) in which the “Flow Builder” agent runs.

I created the “Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat” environment to test Pay as you go. I would like to delete the environment. However, this does not seem to be possible.
