Hi,

I am using Custom AI Prompt in Power Automate and Dataverse as Knowledge.

I created two Custom AI Prompts with same instructions.

But for one prompt i added a Dataverse table with 5 rows and another AI Prompt with 100 rows both has same prompt instruction.

While Testing for 5 rows i am getting credits as 3 and for 100 rows i am getting credits as 5.

Can any one help me how credits are consuming?
is consumption is also based on Dataverse records?

This is definitely a case where I would ask please to talk with your Microsoft Sales Rep.

To the best of my knowledge it is for sure NOT calculated by the Rows added, but to get a precise and guaranteed answer that you can use if they still try to over charge you, is talking directly via Support to Microsoft
