So based on the error, there is something mis configured in Graph API's ability to run these actions On-behalf of you. So either something in Azure Entra AD is not configured properly, someone disabled the App in Azure Entra AD or honestly removed / misconfigured the scopes it needs, as that is the issue there. It would require a review in Azure/Entra to see how its configured.

I would also say, see if you can try to do it from the Graph Explorer directly longed in as you.

So when you first go there, make sure to click the profile to log in, then using the Booking API call to try to book something and see if it works. It will help validate that the on-behalf app scopes are messed up or that its messed up even worse if it fails for you OR it tells you you don't have permission, which if you do not then that would also cause a variation of this, but its definitely an Entra Issue atm

    Hello Michael,

    Thank you for your reply.
Here the result, it looks like it works using Graph Explorer :

I will check on Azure Entra AD side.

thank you for that so that proves my point.

So when you go to the UI itself its going to be directly you, meaning its not doing it onbehalf of you, its literally you, but in the other situation, its trying to do it "for you" as in "im going to use your credentials because you said i could" but the scopes for that ability seem to be incorrect in the Entra App which is where it would have to be debugged from based on the error.

Essentially the flow thinks its able to do the stuff for you, but the Connector says no I cannot because there is no permission for me to do so. this is different because in the other situation the UI itself was being UI, in this case, its a back ground process that needs permission to act as you, which is what is failing. Hence why i said onbehalf.

We need your admin to help.

    Hello, @Michael E. Gernaey

Thank you again for your reply.
I have an access to the administration account, so I should be able to configure Entra App or something else as it Should be.

I think I understand your explanation. Additional question would be : why doesn’t it set the configuration properly? Since I’m using off-the-shelf tool, I would expect it to be configured correctly automatically, or at least to raise an error when creating the connector.
