Trouble Shooting Why Slicer Not Working For All Fields In Visual

Hi Everyone.
 
I am after some help please re a splicer.
Im using a multi-row card and the splicer works fine with the first value but no any of the other values.
There are no other filters. The fields are all the same type, just a different list.
 
Comparing them, i can not find a difference. 
 
Does anyone have any suggestions?
