Unable to create PR for microsoft/powerplatform

Hi team,

I have create a connector EGain API Connector and here is the fork for it https://github.com/aostwal_eGain/PowerPlatformConnectors. Now following the instructions https://github.com/microsoft/PowerPlatformConnectors?tab=readme-ov-file#certified-connectors-1 but unable to create PR for Dev. If I try from my fork I dont see base repository for https://github.com/microsoft/PowerPlatformConnectors and If I do from microsoft powerplatform repo I donot see my for as head repo.

Also I am moc user and my PR keeps on failing saying repo-sync

Not getting any help. Please guide me how to get my connector submitted for certification.
