Hello guys

I want to extract information from the body of an email and save this information in a sharepoint list according to each column/ information.

I tried following the flow of the picture, but it's not working .  In "HTMl in text", I just put que "body" of the email.

In Compor split(body('Html_to_text'),decodeUriComponent('%0A%0A'));

In Compor 1 = trim(split(outputs('Compose')[0],':')[1]);

Compor copy split(body('Html_to_text'),decodeUriComponent('%0A%0A'));

Compor 2 =trim(split(outputs('Compose')[0],':')[2]);

After that, i select the outputs of Compor 1 and Compor 2 , and tested the flow , getting the 2 picture .

I dont know where the error is, can somebody  help me ?

    Extract information from the body of an email into a sharepoint list

    It looks like you are placing your expressions directly in the "Compor" inputs, and not in the expression pane, so Power Automate is saving the expressions directly in the SharePoint List. Just highlight your Compor input and click in this Fx:

    This pane will appear. Enter your expression (in red) and once you're done, hit add (in green):

    To confirm that everything is fine, your input may look like this after clicking Add:

    After it, save your flow and test it again.

    If you find any specific issue with your expressions (which is pretty normal), please provide a sample of email body and the expected output for each "Compor". Make sure to remove any sensitive data before sharing it :)

    Try to use this approach: https://ivasoft.com/parsemsinvoiceflow.shtml instead of "HTML to text" action.

    Please share the email format itself. Please also share the flow run, with the outputs etc. And also your flow expressions, in the action so we know which is which

    Then should be able to help :-)

    Oh and if you can explain the Body of the email, and what you want from it. I love the expressions but that requires us to re-verse engineer what you are thinking, if you could simply say from line 1 i need xyz etc please

    Thanks!!
