Copilot not response correct instead repeat same default response.

'Hello teams, 

we have configured copilot agent with manual authentication and sharepoint library as knowladge. We using it in sharepoint spfx webpart and teams. First time it provide correct response, but asking same query it will give different default massages like 'I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?'. two three time response this same massage after this it response ' Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this copilot, however this is where the copilot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way. Is there anything else I can help you with?' 



Can you tell what cause it or provide solution ?

    We already used End of current topic action, even that copilot responds same message  repeatedly.

    Hello,
     
    the cause of this behaviour are the system topics: Fallback and Escalate. Fallback is invoked when the intent is unknown and Escalate is invoked after the intent is three times not recognized, see:
     
     
    You'll need to end the topic which answered the question (by using end topic action), so that it'll return to the first topic and you can ask the question again. Otherwise it won't recognize the intent.
