Inconsistent chatbot behavior

I am developing an HR agent in co pilot studio. I've created all topics in the dev environment, and when I publish it to teams to test it out it doesn't behave the way it was programmed not even following the greeting and conservational starter prompts as designed in the Dev environment.

any idea why this is the case?

Inconsistent chatbot behavior

Hello,

At the moment the greeting and starter prompts are only for copilot chat extension, in teams as conversationnal agent, it's ATM disable since the conversation will not restart (like a conversation with a coworker)

But for the rest it work the same, could you explain if you have difference elsewhere ?

Most case are about access rights permissions wich are differents, authentification or IT policies blocking some usage.

But remember : a genAI agent will not everyday answer the same answer : it's the definition of an agent to answer with what it found at the moment. If you wana have exactly the same answer everytime you d better use non gen Answer.
