Cannot create own environment

Hi all, 

I can not creat my Enviroment to start to build the Soultions. 
Please help me. So i can move forward on the Power Up Program. Thank you.

    in the power up program you can not create a new environment on your own. at the top right of your screen you most likely see your name. when you click on it you can see the other existing environments.

    Cannot create own environment
    For the Power Up program, the place to create the developer environment is the Dev environment section of the portal.
     
    If you receive a licensing error when doing this, the best thing to is to contact powerup-support@microsoft.com as this will most likely be due to a provisioning error on the backend.
