ReportLevelFilters Filter in Export to File for Power BI Reports

I am having trouble getting this to work for me and I can't find any literature on how to filter a Power BI report by a specific variable and filter in your report. I can get the Export to File for Power BI Report to export my report page, but it is unfiltered.
My trigger will be from when an item is created or modified from a sharepoint list. I just want it to filter by one column in one table of my powerbi report. So for example my table name is Lab Analysis and my column name is assetname.

this doesn't filter anything.

I also tried this as well: ANALYTICS LabAnalysis_sv (Pivoted)/assetname in ('assetname') and that did not work.

Any tips would be great!

I also tried this and it did not work. The name of my filter and hardcoded a value in there:
