I would like to categorize a mail to some variable, for the sake of this request for assistance to you, let's make it static to "Robert'. The trigger is when a mail flagged.
In other words, when a mail is flagged, I want to categorize it as 'Robert' and send myself a mail that it has been categorized. The mail  categorization is working properly but I have having 3 mails sent instead of only 1. 
 
Refer to my flow, as attached - Capture flow.jpg and to the 3 emails being sent - capture mail.jpg
 
Can anybody help me. Thanks

    Even by having a new flow, it does not work.
     In the mean time, my requirement has changed, I am posting a new ticket. Thank you @Michael E. Gernaey for your willingness to help me out.

    Thank you for the details. It appears your new one doesn't do this, so I believe my suggestion below would help. Oh and both flows are pointing to the same account (probably just asking)
     
    Here is what I suggest, share your entire flow that runs 3 times.
     
    however, one possibly solution that you can do quickly to test is to Delete the current trigger, then re-add it and save and try again.
     
    See if that solves it, while I see if I can

    Thank you for your mail. Actually it was part of a bigger flow, I put it as tye last step, and it started sending all the mails which were in the main flow, as if the trigger restarted.
     
    I have subsequently written a second flow, of 2 basic elementary steps,  - 1: when a mail is flagged and 2 : Send an HTTP request.  
    There is no flow other flow running. You may try it, on your side, I will extremely grateful.  I flagged in my outlook, but this works properly as my other flows do not have problems
    Yes, it does exactly 3 times.
     
    Let me know if you can recreate this behavior on your side, highly appreciate.

    Sorry for your troubles.
     
    I am curious how you are flagging? Also, do you by chance have more than one version of this flow running (like in test/dev/etc) where it might be accidentally pointing to the same environment? I do it myself sometimes
     
    Also, if you could go to your Flow Runs, then click see all (right corner of the list), see if you see more than 1 running (which means more than 1 is waiting).
     
    What is weird is that I found a post from someone who isn't doing power automate stuff... but mentioned that their flagged emails are showing up 3 times in their task bar.. its gotta be related. I just cannot see how exactly
