Bot unable to read from Sharepoint as knowledge source

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has encountered similar problems and had it resolved. I have added Sharepoint site as knowledge source to my bot built in Copilot Studio, I understand that the bot can answers down to 2 levels from SharePoint site given, not sure if it is still the same. However, when I ask the bot any questions it will always respond that it is unable to find the information.

Does anyone face the same issue and appreciate any suggested solutions?

    Hello

    1. are you sure the answer exist, you question seem very specific "LO". 2 character is very little information
    2. if answer exist : do you have autorisation ? have you ever had a bot working ? you'r IT could have cut the access for the bot.
    3.  did you change the authentification mod ? if yes go back to microsoft (the default one)
    4. in the knowledge tab : is the source ready ? - if you click on the link did it work ?
    5.  enable the genAI answer in the setting, the orchestration and the enhanced search in the setting in AI settings. : it help a lot when question a complicated
    6. explain some of you business word in the prompt
    7. remove every instruction in all prompt, probably one is messing : by the image i see the bot have been customize, to try "free of customization" to know wich one i the problem

Hop one of the solution help you :) if it's the case theck answer button under this post, it's important :)
