DLP Customize erro message when using blocked DLP Connector

Hi Everyone, is there a way change the Error Message that is received when attempting to add a blocked connector.

    To the best of my knowledge you can only add a Url for them to reference within the DLP policy error.
     
    I am not saying it's not possible to change the error itself, but I honestly don't know.
