Sharepoint Connectivity issue since 08/11/2025

Hi all,

my company have been experiencing sharepoint connectivity issue since monday 8/11 with the error "you tenant does not have an SPO", but we do have o365 licenses and never had that issue before. we have submitted tickets to microsoft and it went through power apps team and sharepoint team but until now it has not been solved and it impact our production flow because we are not able to use the apps.

can anyone happened to have same issue here?

if yes how did you solve that?

would appreciate your responses and feedback.

I hope your issue has been resolved. if not read my comment.

There isn’t enough detail from your question to troubleshoot this....

Since you already have a open ticket, try to collect enough information could help.

I assume your SPO works well but not the connector in Power App,

1. Try the connector in Power automate, with admin account, different environment.

2. Try to use HTTP/HTTP with Microsoft Entra ID (preauthorized) connector to invoke SPO api.

3. Check entra admin, monitor log to analyze if you can find any clue there.

4. Combine postman , Graph Explorer, dev tools of the browser.
