Nothing works since this morning!

Hello,

is anyone having similar issues or is able to tell me where the problem is?

Since today every flow using Ai Builder stopped working with various error messages. The site is super slow and crashing constantly and the endless saving bug is back.

Ai Builder is used to extract Data from Invoice. The standard model from Microsoft is used. It states the error "Unauthorized". Reconnecting does nothing...

One of the Error Codes when actually testing the flow is the following:

"Flow save failed with code 'MultipleErrorsOccurred' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'commondataserviceforapps' operation 'GetPredictionSchema' failed with status code 'InternalServerError'. Error response: {"message":"An error has occurred."};The dynamic operation request to API 'commondataserviceforapps' operation 'GetPredictionSchema' failed with status code 'InternalServerError'. Error response: {"message":"An error has occurred."}'."

It looks like you're not alone—many users are currently experiencing issues with AI Builder in Power Platform, particularly with the "Unauthorized" error and internal server errors like the one you mentioned (GetPredictionSchema failure).

    What’s Happening?

Based on recent reports and documentation:

    • AI Builder services are currently unstable or experiencing outages, which is causing flows that rely on AI models (like invoice processing) to fail.
    • The error message:

    Unauthorized / InternalServerError / GetPredictionSchema
    • typically indicates a backend service issue, not a problem with your flow or credentials.

    What You Can Do:

    1. Check Microsoft’s Service Health Dashboard
Go to https://portal.office.com/servicestatus and look for any incidents related to Power Platform or AI Builder.

    2. Review Known Issues and Workarounds
Microsoft has a page for common AI Builder issues and resolutions. It may include temporary workarounds or updates.

    3. Wait and Monitor
If this started happening suddenly across multiple flows, it’s likely a temporary service disruption. Microsoft typically resolves these within a few hours.

    4. Log a Support Ticket
If the issue persists and you have a support plan, consider opening a ticket through the Power Platform Admin Center.
