Details in 'Approvals' sending unformatted email

I have a big piece of text to send in an Approval email, I can't trim it down at all

Although it displays nicely if the text is small, the minute I add a big chunk, the email displays the fields out of place, so the first column is squeezed and the text on the right ends up being in the wrong lines

I added markdown as suggested but it is a nightmare to get it to work

How can I get around this? I tried to add a link to the Approvals page, and it's even smaller

I have omitted the fields for security purposes, but there are about 50 fields or so and they all contain text

It displays all right in Teams, but it is awful via email, see picture attached

Unfortunately, I don't know of any way to control the column width of a markdown table in an Approval. In some versions of the markdown language there are ways to embed an empty image in a column or actually specify the width. But these approaches aren't available in Power Automate Approvals.

You could create a PDF document by building out a formatted HTML table and then attach the document to the approval. But that's the only workaround that I can think of.
