Adding team member fails sporadically with 404 resource not found

After creating a shrepoint list entry, we create a team. This works 100%. Then we add the admin as member with ownership (team owner = true). This works 100%.
 
Then we run the same function two times again, adding members as owner. So we have 3 times adding member as owner.
 
The first one runs 100% everytime. The second and third only work sporadically. Sometimes both not work, sometimes one of them, sometimes both work. 
 
The error is always "404 Could not find resource".
 
We tried with UPN (E-Mail) and object ID from Entra. 
 
Really annoying, using an automate product, to fix it in nearly every run by adding owners manually.

    ANd that's why it is not a good idea to use MS products. No support, even if - at usual - they bug it. Switching to Zoho, Good Bye.

    The source is manually set as I posted above: UPN (e-Mail) or ENTRA object ID manually set. Both works sporadically. The workflow is simple as that:
     
     
    Sharepoint (List) - If an element is created
     
    Teams - Create Team (with title from List)

    Teams - Add Members (manually set UPN or objID)
