I'm reviewing my agent's analysis, and in the cost distribution, it appears under Others. Please help me identify the types of messages used by my agent and also find out why it appears as Others.
Hello, did you try to click on analysis in your agent, you now have the detail of wich action, data source, knowledge is used or error. Could help a lot.
Did you read the official documentation about licence ? just google it it s easy to find.
Sometime other could trigger with preview feature not already prepared to be monitored too.
