Getting Error while testing Autonomous Agent in Copilot Studio

I'm getting this strange error mentioned below while testing the Autonomous Agent i recently created in Microsoft Copilot Studio where it fails in the Actions/Tools configuration of converting the time from PST to UTC for one of the Input Start Time

Here are a few things to check:

1. **Input Format Validation**: Ensure that the time input you're passing is in a valid and expected format (e.g., `HH:mm` or ISO 8601). If the input is coming from a user or another system, it might need to be parsed or normalized before conversion.

2. **Use Built-in Expressions**: If you're using Power Fx or expressions in Copilot Studio, try using the `ConvertTimeZone()` function or similar logic to explicitly handle the conversion. You can refer to the Power Fx datetime functions documentation for guidance.

3. **Agent Context**: If the conversion is happening inside a custom action or plugin, ensure that the environment’s regional settings and time zone configurations are correctly set.

    Could you paste the action please with exactly what is being sent there please, from the activity tab, I have been trying to validate a fix or what I think the issue is.
