Suddenly says No sessions to download yet

In Copilot Studio Analytics, I suddenly get a message that I have "No sessions to download yet." Then says sessions will be available for download when I start testing and publishing topics.  This Copilot has been running for months.  I have over 100 topics.  I already downloaded sessions from the first two weeks of November.

The Summary section shows sessions for this date range. Any ideas?

    Hello,

I'm sorry that you encountered the issue. While we're waiting for it to be resolved, I'd like to recommend you a better way to monitor the chatbots in bulk. Overall, it's a better option, because you can monitor multiple chatbots in one place and customize the reporting, prepare separate dashboards etc. Here's the doc for it:

If you need any help in this, please let me know.

    Best regards,

Anyone found any documentation where Microsoft has acknowledged this bug and perhaps provided a fix timeline?

Supposedly there is a work-around to export transcript via power automate, and while it's a fairly simple process, it doesn't seem possible in my circumstance.  Unfortunately, the 'conversastionTranscripts' table contains conversations from all copilots including the assitant copilots in crms/sales hub, which makes it nearly impossible to discern which rows come from the chatbot.  I've attempted to export all of the items multiple times, but there are too many and the export fails.

That implies we have no way of getting the transcripts until the fix is implemented.

I guess this is a known issue. There is a bug on the sessions page.  Transcript data will be available when the bug is fixed.  We can still download transcripts from Power Automate:

We're having the same issue. We have a Copilot that has been running for a few months and we have been downloading the sessions for analysis without any issue up until now. The rest of the Analytics tab seems to work just fine and we can view everything there as expected, including the number of sessions we have had within the date range. The sessions tab though still just displays the 'No sessions to download yet' message. We haven't made any changes to the environment or the security roles since we were last able to download the sessions. This seems to be impacting the one Copilot we have live (across Dev, Test and Live environments), as well as a few other copilots still in development in separate environments.

I'm having the exact same issue.  Had no issue with exporting sessions in the past, suddenly it's showing 'No sessions to download yet', and there have definitely been several conversations on a daily basis.
