Issue while rendering metrics in Power BI Embedded

Hello Team,

We have created a dashboards in Power BI Desktop and published in PBI Service. There is a semantic model which is being built and it is showing the data successfully in PBI Service, but same is accessed through Power BI embedded and showing in a UI, some of the metrics are showing blank.

For eg I have 5 metrics in the report -
All the 5 shows the result in PBI Service but only 3 are shown in Power BI embedded, and remaining 2 are blanks in embedded. Could you please help in resolving the issue?

You cannot create dashboards in Power BI Desktop. Do you mean reports?

I seem to recall that the "embedding metrics/goals"  feature is being deprecated.

Yes, apologies they are not dashboards but they are reports. We created a metrics page where the summarized metrics are present and we drill through to get the details. In Summarized we are getting the different counts in PBI Service vs PBI Embedded.

The flow is as below -
Model from DB is mirrored to Direct lake and semantic model is built in PB and reports are built on top of the semantic models.

Couple of observations while we were checking the issue -
What is the default join which PBI applies when it is joining the tables in semantic model. We are observing it as "inner join" but based on cardinality if we need to change it to "Left Outer/Right Outer join" how to do it in semantic model.
