No "help or Support' link on Power Platform admin center

I have logged into the Power Platform admin center, and don't have the option to raise a ticket. There is no "help' option

    Yes, I think it's likely to do with permissions. 
     
    According to the documentation beneath, it's necessary to be in one of the following roles to create support tickets. 
     
     
    • Microsoft Entra Role Admin
    • Environment Administrator (or System Administrator role in Dataverse)
    • Company Admin
    • Billing Admin
    • Service Admin
    • CRM Service Admin
    • CRM Organization Admin
    • Power Platform Admin
    • Security Admin
    • Partner Delegated Admin
    • SharePoint Admin
    • Teams Admin
    • Exchange Admin
    • Power BI Admin
    • Power Apps Environment Admin
    • Power Apps Full Admin
    • Compliance Admin
    • Helpdesk Admin
    • LCS User

    Unfortunately that didn't work. It goes to a blank support page.
     
    It may have something to do with the level of access my user has?

    You should be able to access the help section of the admin center through this link.
     
     
    If you see the option to switch to the 'New admin center', there should be a 'support' menu item that takes you to the same place.
