Bot not updating when publish to web app

Hi,
 
I am not sure what could be the issue. I have made changes to my bot in Copilot Studio and published it, no errors. But when I go to my website it was not updated.
 
On the Copilot Studio, under sharing settings, there is this error message when i try to update the sharing settings. Could this be the issue?
