The upgrade failed. Please retry. If the issue continues, go to the Help + support tab. Include this lifecycle operation ID: 1c3f3503-a110-4e89-b75d-09500a961c87
 
Please assist in this issue.  I have all the rights and licenses needed I believe but still have this issue with the operation ID above.

    Hi there,

    To be able to provide better support, we’d need a bit more detail — the error you’re encountering is quite generic. If that’s the only message you're seeing, I recommend following the suggestion included in the error itself: contact Microsoft Support.

    You can do this by going to the Help + Support tab in the Power Platform admin center and providing them with the Lifecycle Operation ID mentioned:

    1c3f3503-a110-4e89-b75d-09500a961c87

    With that ID, Microsoft support can look deeper into the logs behind the scenes and give you more specific and accurate guidance on the issue.
