Error while adding new Rest API for an action

When I add an action - New Rest API, After uploading the api specification, I get a screen which allows me to enter Action name and description. After entering the details I get an error saying "There was an error saving your action". In the network tab I can see the following:-

"error": {
"code": "ApiDefinitionIconUriIsNotTrusted",
"message": "The custom connector property 'IconUri' is not set to a trusted source."
}

Can someone please help? I have attached the screenshot with the error details.

Can anyone please share the JSON file, I can verify it.

Constructing the JSON file, is there is any Microsoft docs to follow up??

This flow is indeed broken but I was able to workaround it using "new custom connector" and connect an action to a REST API service
