Principal user is missing prvReadAsyncOperation privilegefor entity 'asyncoperation'

I'm trying to export a solution from a Development environment and import it into another environment that our team is using. However, during the import process, I encountered the following error

“Read Privilege Check For Owner failed with exception: Principal user is missing prvReadAsyncOperation privilege for entity 'asyncoperation'. Consider adding the missing privilege to one of the principal (user/team) roles.”

We are currently unable to identify the admin for the target environment. Could you please assist with resolving this issue?

First, identify which user it is that belongs to the 'id' that you blocked out in your image. Then check if they are active and have an appropriate Security Role assigned with the privilege that it says is missing.

You can get the id of the users by either, exporting your users to excel and unhiding the first 3 columns (id is in Column A), use a tool like XrmToolBox fetchxml builder to query the systemusers table, or open an existing user form and replace the "id=...." with the id in question and hit enter.
