Licence for app owner

As the owner of a premium Power App I can obviously view it via the power apps studio. But do I need a licence in order to view it via the web player or the mobile app?

    Since you created and app is shared you can able to view the app.
     
    However if your app using any premium connectors if you need to play the app you need premium licensing accordingly.
