I have created a very simple demo chatbot in copilot studio that sits over a single sharepoint site and provides generative answers to questions by reading the documents on the site.
I have published the bot using manual authentication, which is fine for my current test, and set up the necessary Azure apps etc. I'm able to generate an iframe and stick it in a web page successfully, which is all I'm looking for at this point.
However, when accessing the iframe or when I run the demo version of it, I can successfully log in but then I get the following message:
This agent is currently unavailable. It has reached its usage limit. Please try again later.
I get what this message is telling me but not why its not working.
I've set the app up in its own demo environment, and in the admin centre for that environment I've set up a billing plan via a resource group to subscription with money on it. I can see the app I have created in the admin centre and it is telling me that the app is set up as a pay as you go (I would provide some images and I have elevated my permissions with the Power Platform PIM, but as its rather flakey it has decided it doesn't want to work right now. Worked fine earlier so hopefully I'll be able to send some images later) - therefore it looks like it should be set up correctly.
So bascially - it looks like the app is set up to allow PAYG, but it isn't working because it doesn't create any billing records against it and the app doesn't allow me to ask it questions. Can anyone give any pointers as to what I need to do to get it working?
