Good afternoon,
I am currently working on building an automated cloud flow for reserving company cars. The idea is that employees can reserve a car at the reception via a Microsoft Forms form.
I have built the flow with a true/false condition in it. However, it automatically adds a "For each" field, and that keeps giving me an error. I also noticed that within "For each" I cannot enter a response ID — that option is missing.
The intended process is as follows:
-
Employees can reserve a car (either the grey Mini or the white Mini).
-
Once the form is submitted, indicating whether they want the white or the grey car, a calendar item is created in the respective car’s calendar.
-
After that, an email is sent to the reception to inform them that the car has been reserved.
-
A confirmation email is also sent to the employee who requested the car.
But the flow keeps getting stuck at the "For each" step, and I cannot proceed.
Does anyone have suggestions where this problem might be coming from?
Greetings,
Danielle
