Invalid Credentials error

When taking over a dataset from someone to update refreshes, when the dataset refreshes, I am receiving an error that credentials are invalid. Even after validating my credentials, another error occurs that states "Token Refresh error". This error resolves when the previous owner of the dataset takes the dataset back. Has anyone else ran into this and knows of solutions to resolve this?
