Hello everyone,
It seems there is now a way to rate responses from the Copilot agent using thumbs up or thumbs down. This works in principle.
In addition, feedback can be submitted, which can be viewed under "Satisfaction" in the analytics, under "Details."
My problem is that the "Details" button is missing. The counter for how often thumbs up or down is used works correctly.
I gave exemplary feedback on a response from the agent after giving it a thumbs up. A message appears saying that the feedback has been sent successfully. I tested this in both the Copilot Studio test preview and the chat bot integrated into Teams.
What do I need to do to make the "Details" button appear?
