Based on what you have provided, there is not much guidance one can provided. Your screen shots appear to show two flows that are turned off. That would be one reason they are not working. Have you tried turning them back on and submitting an item through your form to see if they trigger?
You didn't put much effort into your post, so I am not going to put much effort into a reply, but if your flows were turned off and you did not turn them off, they were probably turned off by Power Automate, which can happen for a number of reasons including the flow repeatedly failing. If that is the reason, you will need to turn the flow back on and submit a request, so it fails. Then update your post with the error message generated from the flow run. Also add screen shots of your flow configuration and the configuration of the action that failed.
