Hi team,

I have built a Copilot and Published it on Teams and things works fine...
Now I'm trying to build something for session management like take for example:
If the user is asking some information today and he has finished his conversation and when he comes back later
and wants to start a new session, then I need all the previous conversations that he did with the Copilot should be deleted or Vanished and freshly it should start.


Please advice how do I achieve this.

    Hello,
     
    good question! Currently, it's not possible to just wipe out the chat history, when chatting with the agent via Teams. It's because the chat history is saved to the environment and it's always kept, just like chats with other people. The only option to start freshly is to start a new chat with the agent and leave the old one.
