Creating an enviroment

I purposely deleted my environment because I had made errors that simple deletion would not remove the bits i needed gone.
 
But when trying to create a new environment it will not allow me.
 
What is my options

    I did email powerup support...a week ago, as I did try to create a new enviroment, 1 email yesterday asking had I created it yet. Um no can you do it please as it's not letting me, I really hope I don't have to wait a further week for a reply
