We have a Canvas App that fails to launch the newer version. It takes forever to reflect and never displays the Published completed Dialogue. When looking at versions, it displays the newer version with Status "Publishing" and the "Live" version is an older version. We have tried multiple fixes, such as clearing the browser cache, republishing the app, changing the app version number, etc.
If your PowerApps app isn't publishing even though it shows "Publishing", the problem might be with your browser, the app itself, or even the connection to your data source.
Try changing the browser See if the issue persists in another browser.
If that too not working, kindly raise a ticket with Microsoft support team.
