Show related item field in a form

Hi,
 
I have a form where I show Price and Quantity calculations that relate to a certain invoice line item and would like to show some additional fields from a related table in read only format.
 
Think a Product from a Table called Product but the lookup column or linking column used a product code.
 
Whereas I would like to display in read only, the Product Description.
 
When in form edit mode, I am not getting any related table options or columns.
 
How would I achieve this?
