I have model driven app in dataverse. In the developer environment, i have 16 users of the app. All users can access the app with no problems. I know this as I impersonate the user using Level Up for Dynamics 365/Power Apps browser extension. Now when the users access the app from the Production environment, they all have access with no problems except for one user, Seelan. Seelan can access the forms in the app except one form and that is from the table Farming with logical name cgsales_farming. The form that Seelan accesses is the Information form, the main one, via the MDA in the Production Environment. Seelan is able to access the form and see the views, he can even open an existing record and interact with it, but as soon as he clicks New to create a new record, an error comes up. The error "Something has gone wrong. Check technical details for more details." window pops up. Seelan can access all other forms and view upon which security roles have been granted. Again, he is the only one out 16 users that has this problem. There are not JS or business rules on this form, except for a business process flow.

My recommendation as there can be many different reasons would be to do this

The error it produces will then tell you what Permission, Role or other that is missing so you can fix it.
