Hi,

We are trying to see if there is a way to transfer Data using dataflow, We are currently experiencing an issue with the source odata in dataflow we want to move from On premise to the cloud Power apps

I am able to do it with Excel but would like to know why is odata wont let me connect the error message I am getting is An exception occurred: We cannot reach the data source at "URL". Please verify that you can connect to it and ensure that it doesn't refer to an internal network location.

I have put the URL of the source Root from the on premise environment but still getting this error.

Do I need to do something on the environment On Premise in order to make it work in the power apps?
Thank you

    Hi @Michael E. Gernaey

I dont have control for the gateway it's a part of another team I am only a dev for this specific project and trying to link the on premise to power app for the data using Odata. I am unsure if there is a better way for this or not?

I apologize but I am very confused because I do not really see details about what this source is, your configuration from the flow.

can you pretty please re-write it with pictures, provide details about the source, do you have an onpremise gateway configured etc?

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
