    Hello  ,
The agent works in Copilot Studio but shows a “SystemError” in Teams because Teams has extra requirements that Studio doesn’t enforce. In Studio the agent runs in a test environment, but Teams needs the Teams channel enabled, the tenant’s app-permission policies must allow custom agents, the agent should have a proper greeting / Conversation Start topic so Teams knows how to begin, and any connectors the agent uses (for example AI Builder or Excel) must be allowed and the users must have access. Often the fix is to confirm the Teams channel is configured and published, check Teams admin app policies and connector permissions, add a greeting/Conversation Start topic if missing, then remove & re-add the Teams channel and republish.
