Very simple flow assistance needed - Forms to Freshdesk ticket creation

Hello all,

Power Automate newbie here. My flow is incredibly simple, but I'm doing something wrong and getting very frustrated. I'm trying to set up a flow that is triggered when a specific MS Forms doc is submitted and the resulting action is that a ticket should be created in Freshdesk. The Email Address field below is the dynamic content from the form, but it's like they aren't understanding each other.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Hopefully I will be the easiest question in this forum today! Many thanks in advance.

Are you getting any error messages?

If it's just the information not translating into the ticket, go into a completed flow run and view the outputs of your Get Response Details and Create a Ticket actions to see exactly what data Power Automate is using at runtime. This will help identify data formatting issues.
